Spectacled Bear is a South American Bear. It is related to the ancient Short Faced Bear back in the ice age and the native species of Bear. Spectacled Bear is the most herbivore of all bears, it eats palm nuts, cactus, bamboo hearts, orchids and fallen fruit. They are extremely endangered due to hunting and the lose of their homes in the forest.
